Family Program Manager

“I am the Family Program Manager with Watertown Housing Authority. Prior to working here, I worked with Springwell as a case manager for elderly/disabled clients in the Watertown area and a director at a healthcare startup supporting elderly patients with chronic conditions.

My responsibilities are to assist with:

• Rent collection
• Fraudulent income investigations
• Evaluation/inspections of public housing properties
• Preparation of funding proposals
• Administration of tenant files
• Income adjustments worksheets
• Oversight of resident annual recertifications

I also help coordinate activities involving consulting with local partners and City agencies, local tenant organizations, and government subsidy administrators.

If you have questions or want to stop by and say hello, please see me at my onsite office hours. I am at Lexington Gardens learning center the 2nd and 4th Tuesday morning of each month. I am at the Willow Park learning center the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. For longer conversations, I am happy to schedule one-on-one meetings at other times.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, running, and riding my bike. One of my goals is to summit the highest point in every state (20 down, 30 to go!).”
